Last fall, the Hereford breed lost a fellow breeder and dear friend when Bill Doughty, Jr. was killed in a tragic vehicle accident. Since Randolph County is where Bill lived; the IJHA is having the preview show at Winchester in memory of Bill Doughty, Jr.
